Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

Thank you for shopping at GardenPhase, operated by Neura Tech. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights and options under European Union consumer law.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this Refund Policy, which applies in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

SECTION 1 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at contact@neuratech.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email or post). You may also use the model withdrawal form provided by law, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

SECTION 2 - EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will carry out such reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

SECTION 3 - RETURNS

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed with us. Please ensure the goods are returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

We may reduce the amount of your reimbursement to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

SECTION 4 - EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
  • Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent.

SECTION 5 - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If the goods you receive are defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@neuratech.com. We will provide either a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
